At the top, there is a tab which shows weight target and next to it; there is a tab which shows the amount of weight that you had gained or lost when you first started, and at last there is a tab that shows you how many days are left to achieve your goals. There is a graphical wheel to show you the data as well below it. It has other tabs to show your food diary, calorie deficit, etc. For depending on your weight, it will show you how many calories you need to cut out or add in your diet to maintain the weight. There are other tabs as well going forward like the Body Mass Index, etc. and they all work just fine within the app. <\/p>\n
Overall, the one features which are best about this product is the target setting. As each day progresses, the amount of activity that you need to do, etc. also changes with it and gives an idea overall as to what should be done in order to stay fit or maintain your weight.
